The essentials in three points

Only what is needed

We only collect the information needed for our business exchanges.

Never resold

Your information is never sold, rented or traded for advertising purposes.

You stay in control

Access, correction and deletion on simple written request.

Article 01

Information collected

We collect only the information required for business exchanges: contact details, business context and anonymous technical site data.

Contact details
Name, email, phone, organization - provided by you through a contact, consultation or newsletter form.
Business context
Need description, target service, timeline and indicative budget that you choose to share.
Anonymous technical data
Aggregated browsing statistics used to measure audience and fix site errors.

Article 02

Use of information

Your information is used to respond to your requests, manage business relationships and improve our services.

We do not use your information for fully automated decisions, and we do not use it for purposes other than those stated at collection without informing you.

Article 03

Consent and withdrawal

Submitting a form implies your consent to processing the information provided in order to follow up on your request. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; we will then stop processing, unless a legal obligation applies.

Newsletter subscription is separate: every send contains an unsubscribe link.

Article 04

Cookies and audience measurement

The site runs without advertising cookies and without profile resale. The cookies in use support site operation, remember your language and, in aggregate form, measure audience.

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies; some site features may then be limited.

Article 05

Retention and deletion

Information is kept for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, then destroyed or anonymized. Accounting and contractual obligations may require longer retention of some client records.

Article 06

Sharing, providers and hosting

We do not sell or rent your information. It may be processed by technical providers acting on our behalf (hosting, cloud, email), only to the extent required to operate the site and our tools.

When processing involves a provider located outside Québec, we ensure contractual protection measures govern that processing.

Article 07

Security measures

Data access is limited to the people who need it, protected by authentication and logged on the administration side. Exchanges with the site are encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

No measure can guarantee zero risk. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we apply our notification obligations.

Article 08

You may access, correct or request deletion of your information by contacting us.

Access
Obtain the list of information we hold about you.
Correction
Have inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information corrected.
Deletion and withdrawal
Request deletion of your information or withdraw your consent.
