    For each data set: a system of record, a format, a frequency and an expected behaviour on error.

    Connect one flow at a time

    The first flow ships to production quickly, with monitoring. The next ones reuse the foundation and conventions already validated.

    Remove the manual bridges

    A dual-run period, comparison of results, then shutdown of manual exports once the gap is proven to be zero.
